Family time out
Chamonix is family friendly yet sporty and fun. While one member of your gang decides to climb Mont Blanc with a professional Mountain Guide, the others can choose to unwind at one of chamonix’s many Spas, spend the night dancing in a club, hire a paraglider guide for a jump, stroll the downtown streets for some shopping, hike or run the many trails in search of some remote mountain lakes or reach a refuge meeting marmots and mountain goats on their way!

Chamonix is a mountaineer’s dream yet it offers all the comfort of your standard French style town with its numerous cafés, eateries, gourmets tea rooms, fine retaurants and a wide variety of shops (sports, clothes, souvenirs, jewels, furniture…). And don’t forget the saturday morning traditionnal farmer’s market with its local cheese, italian delicacies and fresh local vegetables and fruits!
