Article.1. Descriptive state of the housing
General information
Individual chalet furnished with private garden, road access and parking.
Animals are not accepted.
Localization of the chalet
Residential neighborhood “les Moussoux”. Shops close by (10min by foot) as well as cable ways and ski lifts of the “Brevent” (5 min. by foot).
Description of the habitat/ Chalet Kenai
Details of the habitat:
1rst floor: double bedroom (2 beds size 90cm), bathroom, shower and sauna, home cinema, laundry room, ski rack and ski boot heater.
2nd floor: toilet, American kitchen, dinning area, living room, master bedroom (bed size 180), bathroom.
Loft: two single beds and attic.
Heating: individual electric and chimney
Household facilities: refrigerator with freezer, oven micro wave, induction hob (new), dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, tv, home cinema with flat screen, DVD player, satellite, Wifi, stereo channel, vacuum cleaner, iron, sauna.
An inventory will be carried out on arrival and departure.
Article.2. Rental period
The rental period is notified on the contract.
This period can be extended with the express prior permission of the owner. Any delay in vacating the premises will result in the application of a penalty of 300 € per late day and will automatically be deducted from the security deposit paid by the tenant initially.
Article.3. Prices-Deposits
This rental is granted daily or weekly or monthly for the price of 25%, paid upon signature of the contract as a deposit. The balance of the price of the first rent will be paid when the keys are handed over. This price does not include the following charges that the tenant will have to pay extra for the duration of his stay: electricity, water.
Article.4. Security Deposit
It is understood that when entering the premises, the Tenant will pay the sum of 1500€ to the owner as a guarantee of damages that could affect the dwelling, its furniture or equipment and to guarantee the payment of charges not included in the rental price (electricity, water and telephone).
Article.5. General conditions of rental and obligations of the Tenant
The owner is relieved of all liability in the event of theft from the rented premises.
The Tenant undertakes to:
- To respect the capacity of the dwelling, to enjoy peacefully the place and to cause no disturbance or nuisance.
- Not to sublet the dwelling or assign this contract to a third party.
- To respect the destination of the rental and to make no changes
- To inform the owner as soon as possible of any damage affecting the dwelling, its furniture or its equipment. It authorizes the owner or a third party authorized by him to carry out, during the term of the rental, any repair ordered by the emergency factor by waiving in advance to claim any compensation or reduction of the rent of this head. In the same way, the Tenant will not be able to claim any rent reduction or compensation in the event of breakdown of the appliances, interruption in the operation of the general and public services of the district (hot or cold water, heating, electricity, etc.).
- To be responsible for any broken or deteriorated objects and for any damage that may be caused to the home and facilities due to the irrational use of electrical and heating appliances or the obstruction of the WC, sink, bathtub, shower, sink by objects of nature to clog the pipes.
- Comply with the terms of handing over and return of the keys of the dwelling agreed with the owner.
- To leave, on departure, a house clean and free of any rubbish or waste. The final cleaning will be done by a third party at the expense of the Tenant.
The Tenant also certifies that it has verified that its own insurance contract covers the risks of the seasonal rental (“Resort Guarantee” of the Property and Casualty Insurance) or undertakes to take out a specific insurance policy.
