For your ski holidays: pre-booked ski passes, sports gear delivery, private ski instructor and just about anything that might make your stay even more pleasant.

Some essentials remain in the chalet after each guest leaves (toilet paper, laundry detergent, soap, dish soap, foil and plastic wrap, salt and pepper, sugar, filters, etc.) Thanks for replacing them after your own use or leaving some for the next guests.

In Chamonix, like elsewhere, water and electricity are precious and expensive. Thanks for keeping this in mind. In the winter or during fresh evenings, turning the heaters to 4 is enough as long as you remember to close the shutters and electric curtains. Please also remember to turn off all the lights at night.

In the winter, we take care of the snow shoveling/plowing. We have it done as early as possible in the morning. But please be patient : sometimes it might be done after you have gone to the ski slopes… Often, when it snows a lot, we wait until it calms down some otherwise wed’ be shoveling every half hour ! there is a shovel in the chalet should you like to dig in…

The fire place works really well. It is swept every Spring. Just remember to open its latch otherwise you will smoke yourselves out or deal with the fire alarm!
No need to put too much wood at a time otherwise it might burn the whole place up…
